The practical approach of the training embraces a comprehensive introduction to international trends and best practices used worldwide by modern project managers, as well as, to the principles of successful leadership in project administration, including project definition, cost, benefit analysis, planning, scheduling, group dynamics and projection of completion. Additionally, students are exposed to the use of a “Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management” demo to understand the use of “built-in” templates and to get familiarized with scheduling tools that assist project managers staying productive.
